Our Installation Protocol
Pre-Installation Site Preparation & Staging
One week prior to installation, we confirm all logistics with your team. On installation day, our crew arrives promptly, uniforms and vehicles branded for easy identification. We begin by securing the work zone with safety fencing and signage, ensuring the public remains safe. We then stage all equipment—the bench components, concrete, tools, and safety gear—in a designated, organized area to maximize efficiency and minimize the project's footprint.
Foundation & Structural Integrity
Following the pre-approved site plan and permit specifications, we begin the critical foundation work. This involves precisely excavating the ground, setting the reinforced concrete footings, and installing the anchoring system or baseplate. We use laser levels and precise measurements to ensure everything is perfectly level, plumb, and aligned. This foundational stage is non-negotiable; it is what guarantees the bench's immovable stability and safety for decades of public use. The concrete is then given the prescribed time to cure to its required strength.
Bench Assembly & Systems Activation
Once the foundation is set, we meticulously assemble the bench superstructure, securing the solar panel, seating components, and internal electronics. All electrical connections for the low-voltage system are made by a qualified technician, with a final polarity and voltage check to ensure all charging ports and Wi-Fi modules are receiving correct, stable power. We then power on the unit for the first time, confirming the solar panel is charging the internal battery and that all client-facing features are fully operational.
Final Site Cleanup & Client Walk-Through
Our commitment is to leave your site cleaner than we found it. All debris, packaging, and equipment are removed. The final, crucial step is the client walk-through. We demonstrate all bench functions, review maintenance basics, and provide you with the contact information for our dedicated support line. Only after you sign the completion certificate, satisfied with the installation and performance, does our team consider the job complete.
